Welcome to Socialytics ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of our Android application (the "App"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

By using the App, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction).
• You have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.

2. License to Use the App

3. User Responsibilities

• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App, its servers, or networks.
• Not use the App to harass, abuse, or harm others.

4. Instagram Profile Tracking

Our App allows you to track public Instagram profiles and receive notifications about profile activities, such as profile photo changes or new posts. By using this feature, you acknowledge and agree that:

• We only access and process publicly available information from Instagram.
• You will not use the App to track private profiles or engage in any activity that violates Instagram's terms of service.
• We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Instagram.

5. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

The App may offer in-app purchases or subscriptions, managed through RevenueCat. By making a purchase, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees and taxes.
• Abide by the terms of the purchase (e.g., subscription auto-renewal).
• Cancellations and refunds are subject to the terms of the app store or platform where you downloaded the App.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of Socialytics or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use any content from the App without our prior written permission.

7. Third-Party Services

The App may integrate with third-party services, such as Firebase Analytics, OneSignal, and RevenueCat. These services have their own terms and privacy policies, and your use of them is subject to their respective terms. We are not responsible for the practices of these third-party services.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms.
• Engaging in fraudulent or illegal activities.
• Creating harm or risk to other users or us.

9. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
• The App will meet your specific requirements.
• The results obtained from using the App will be accurate or reliable.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, data, or use.
• Damages resulting from your use or inability to use the App.
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Turkey.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the updated Terms in the App or via other communication methods. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
